Although I have had the same local CPA for over 20 years, I wanted my practice sale to be evaluated by someone whose main experience was dental sales. I sold my practice with the help of Tim Lott in March of this year. I collaborated with a broker to sell my practice for over a year and did not work out. I decided to do it myself. I am a dental town member and read a lot of posts by Tim Lott on practice sells. I respect his knowledge and had him did a practice evaluation for me in June last year. I put out for self by owner ad on dental town and MDA classified and end up sold my practice to a buyer from dental town ad.
